HAND SURGERY SCHOLARSHIP

The 2019 CSSH Hand Surgery Scholarship, sponsored by Paladin Labs Inc., was awarded to Dr. Blair Peters from the University of Manitoba, seen here with Dr. Heather Baltzer, MD, FRCSC, of the University of Toronto and Dr. Avi Islur, MD, FRCSC, of the University of Manitoba, at the 2019 CSSH Annual Meeting in St. John's, Newfoundland, June 25, 2019. Blair is going to do a Hand, Microsurgery and Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship at Washington University in St Louis. He hopes to share the new perspectives with the group of surgeons in Winnipeg on his return to Canada.
